Terms of Use

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

These Terms of Use ("the Terms") set out the conditions for using all services ("the Services") provided by Georgia-Japan Bridge LLC ("the Company"). By using the Services, you are required to agree to the Terms.

Article 2 (Service Content)

The Company provides the following services:

• Immigration and study abroad support services
• Asset management consulting
• Real estate purchase, sale, and rental support
• Language school operations
• Recruitment and interpretation services
• Business consulting
• Other related services

Article 3 (Application for Use)

Those wishing to use the Services shall apply for use by the method specified by the Company after agreeing to the Terms. The Company will notify the applicant of acceptance or rejection.

Article 4 (Fees and Payment)

The usage fees for the Services shall be the amounts stated on each service page. The payment method and timing shall follow the separately agreed contract.

• Fees include VAT
• Payment methods: cash, bank transfer, credit card
• Payment deadline: before service commencement and by the designated due date
• Refunds shall follow the conditions set out in individual contracts

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following acts:

• Acts that violate laws and regulations
• Acts that infringe the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
• Acts of providing false information
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the Services
• Other acts the Company deems inappropriate

Article 6 (Changes to and Suspension of Services)

The Company may change the content of the Services or suspend the provision of the Services without prior notice to users. The Company shall bear no responsibility for any damages incurred by users as a result.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

The Company bears no responsibility for the following:

• Damages caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, war, riots, disturbances, or labor disputes
• Damages caused by the user\u2019s intent or gross negligence
• Damages caused by unauthorized access or cyber attacks by third parties
• Damages caused by government policy changes or legal amendments
• Damages caused by reasons not attributable to the Company

Article 8 (Confidentiality)

The Company and users must not disclose or leak confidential information of the other party obtained through the use of the Services to third parties, nor use it for purposes other than the use of the Services.

Article 9 (Handling of Personal Information)

The Company handles users\u2019 personal information appropriately in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Article 10 (Contract Period and Termination)

The Terms take effect from the date the user begins using the Services and remain valid until the end or termination of service use. The Company may immediately terminate the contract if the user violates the Terms.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The interpretation and application of the Terms shall be governed by the laws of Georgia. In the event of a dispute regarding the Terms, the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdiction of first instance.

Article 12 (Changes to the Terms)

The Company may change the Terms at any time without prior notice to users. The revised Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on our website.
